prohibited sponsership- When a company or companies are limited on how they can advertise their products to the public.
The use of limited spnsership i believe is an infringment on the american system of free speech and and equal oppertunity to all.Cigerette companies have had their rights takin by the federal government. the product is legal so advertising it should be legal. People understand that when they smoke tobbacco they have a high risk of getting cancer, its just understood now. The laws were made to protect the people under 18 from a "bad habit" even though in the real world everyone knows some one who smokes. I grew up in a smoking household and it caused the reverse of advertising as i now see it as a disgusting expensive life threatining habit and thats without the "help" of the governments protection. The american industy is held down by laws and restrictions which dampin the american markets effect on the world. Americans are smart enough to decide for themselves what they should or should'nt do. The U.S. boast that we are the freest and most economic friendly country in the world, but as we continue to make the government a larger part of everyday life we float more towards socializm.

ROCK ONNN!!!!!

In our rockband project we created a band that targeted the classic rock era because we felt that was the golden age of ROCK. Throughout the project i learned alot about how much goes into a tour and the creating of a band image. We worked hard to show all aspects of our band, and i used photoshop alot to create custom images for our project. We made our band very exclusive in order to keep demand high and prices high. Our distrubution plan was to follow the natural flow by going east to west across the U.S.

We created a band called Todlich Impact that is from germany. This project is different from most projects I get to do since we get to customize all aspects of it. I like to use photoshop to create and edit our photos and logos.

The activity where the class tasted the sodas in a focus group brought to my attention how important research is within businesses.

HURRICANE IKE

The last ten days have been very frustrating. We lost power at ten on friday night and have not regained it since. About an hour after Ike past my mother and step dad borrowed a generator from my Dad in order to run all three of our refridgerators. We lost water pressure around eight on saturday then

I found out that chris is a versitile person who will go with watever and destin is a "beast" with a hurt hamstring. Thien song is a fun and smart girl who gets her work done. Jose "works out".

CLASS INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:
My favorite food is steak with mashed potatoes and corn. I like all kinds of music and the best show of all time is Family Guy. My favorite subject and the one I'm best at is history mainly about the United States. My strength is my knowledge and my weakness is that I don't like alot of work. I don't normally study only because I don't need to. Something I'd like to learn in sports marketing is how much goes into managing a football team. Work within a team should be equally divided so that its much more efficient. I would make an excellent team member because I am smart.
